The traffic light regulating the flow on the North Circular Road are stuck on red and drivers are afraid to cross, when all stops, and this is causing an endless jam

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3715448.

Only the North circular lights are stuck on red. The bounds green road lights are working but when the flow stops there (they get red), people on the other way are afraid to cross with the stuck red (because they are waiting for a green that will never came)
