Faulty Traffic lights

I’m trying to report a traffic lights issue at the junction of Honor Oak Park and Stondon Park, where a filter light for traffic turning left towards Brockley doesn’t come on when it should, causing all the traffic to sit waiting for the main lights to change. When they do change it only allows 2-3 cars through before going red again. It’s causing a lot of road rage, with people turning down Grierson road and driving at high speed to come out at the bottom of Honor Pak Park by Wyleu St. I’ve just spoke to a bus driver in the traffic and he says it’s been like this for over a week and is taking 10-15 minutes to get from Honor Oak Station to the junction, which would normally take 1-2 minutest . The green filter light for turning left needs to come on when the green filter light comes on turning right from Stondon Park into Honor Oak Park, which it always did, but now it stays red until the main lights go green.
