Traffic lights coming up from the dip miss a go every round

Coming from the direction of plumstead common/nightingale vale - the traffic lights do not change to green every cycle, they miss a go every other cycle between the other directions.

  • I have experienced problems at these traffic lights on and off for several weeks. This morning the sequence skipped three times and the traffic trying to leave Nightingale Place had to wait. There is a hospital very close by and this could be detrimental to ambulance traffic trying to get patients to A&E.
