Dangerous Tree

The tree in the picture is within TFL land on the railway embankment. Branches are falling from this tree, landing both on the railway embankment and in my garden. Due to the state of health I am very concerned it’s may fall onto the metropolitan railways line itself falling. I would appreciate the appropriate action being taken to either make this tree safe or remove it.
