Massively overgrown brambles blocking access road and garages

Brambles are massively overgrown from the bank of the A217. This is blocking access to two garages and completely blocking the access road behind Church Hill Road where it meets the A217. Believe these have not been cut back in one or two years (unsure of exact dates).
