Bollard has been knocked down

We live on Clifford Ave ( A205). The bollard that protects our driveway and pedestrians walking on the pavement has been knocked down. It is now propped up against the wall. We feel when it is there it provides protection and stops cars/ lorries mounting the pavement. This is a huge problem and very dangerous!
