Exchange box (I assume it is) open

The box which I believe must be the telephone line exchange box is open on the corner of Kidbrooke Park Road and Kidbrooke Gardens. It sits on Kidbrooke Gardens pavement adjacent to the wall of 30 Kidbrooke Park Road. It was open about two months ago and I believe was fixed. However it is now fully open and needs urgent attention before damage or injury is done.
