Time table countdown not working properly

Hello, How are you? My name is Christodoulos Asiminidis and I am contacting regarding a bus route time table issue occurred around Lowell Street. Well, the electronic time table board was stuck once I passed by yesterday in the afternoon. Well, I would like to come clean that I am not quite sure if it was the Lowell Street bus stop precisely. Nevetheless, it was on Commercial road around Lowell street bus stop where 15 bus route to blackwall passes by
