Incredible drilling noise. whole flat shakes

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3740724.

Why have they done this work in summer holidays, when everyone has windows open, enjoying sun but have this horrendous drilling from 8am. not urgent work why doing it in summer holidays. completrly destroyed are summer holiday. should have been done in winter when no windows open. street complete mess. please inspect in morning.
