Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3743520.
Red light for too long The traffic lights are not staying green long enough crossing Sydenham road at the junction of St James Road, only allowing 2 cars to pass. It’s causing a lot of traffic build up especially at evening rush hour which is blocking access to my business (PD MOTORS)

I came here to report this. Just wanted to add that as a local resident the traffic is getting ridiculous. For those that don't know the area, the east bound traffic on St James's Rd is always slow moving because of the roundabout further up. Giving the traffic two minutes to pass through the lights doesn't make any difference to the volume of traffic. However, the lights across Sydenham Road now change after 7 seconds (I timed it, sad I know) allowing two cars through and causing huge tailbacks on the southbound Sydenham Rd which never used to be a problem.
