Timings/phasing of traffic lights at this junction are unsafe for pedestrians

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3744123.
My particular problem is with the traffic lights for pedestrians going from Subway towards the Estate Agents. The second set of lights in this direction (for crossing the single lane of north-bound traffic on Grove Road) go green for pedestrians at exactly the same time as the vehicles turning left onto Grove Road also get a green light. Often they do not see this second set of lights immediately around the corner, possibly due to the angle of the lights or lack of visibility past the Estate Agents, but also because perhaps they are not expecting there to be red lights there given that they have just been given the green light to turn left, so the vehicles tend to accelerate around the corner, just as we are crossing the road. I was very nearly hit by a motorbike this morning which accelerated around the corner and ran the red light, whilst I was in the middle of the road along with a couple of other pedestrians. Also, a few of the traffic lights in this junction do not give enough time for pedestrians to cross safely. They are red for pedestrians for a very long time and then are only green for a few seconds so you have to run across. These issues have been here since presumably before I started working in Mile End back in January 2022. Thank you
