Pavement covered in debris

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3747011.

A very large tree adjacent to a block of flats (Heron Court) was destroyed in the storm of 18th February 2022 .When the remains of the tree were removed barriers were put in place around the damaged railings & across an area of pavement with sandbags to secure. Over time--in fact 6 months-- the barriers have moved further out & making the pavement unsafe. I'ts now necessary to walk in the cycle lane to get around it !!

  • On 13/07/22 received message saying the appropriate team is dealing. On 12/08/22 I patrolled the same area and nothing has happened. Residents complained about the mess. There has been no cut back of the brambles which are still over the pavement. There is fly tip throughout the bushes and this is becoming a fire hazard. There are low overhanging branches from Hawthorn and Buddleia. It's quite oppressive and makes the place look very unkept. Not safe.
