Manhole cover leaking

We have recieved a report from a resident about a leaking manhole cover outside 48 Southwark Street, London, SE1 1UN. There is a manhole cover on the pavement on the street which is not properly sealed. During times of heavy rainfall such as yesterday and previously in May of this year, large volumes of water flood through the manhole cover into the electrical cupboard of 48 Southwark Street.
