Bins on red route

The bins are on the red route in Price Close Sw17 7ep. These should be kept off the road as they cause obstruction and reduce access

    The bins from the shop at Price Close off Upper Tooting are blocking the red route lines. So drivers cannot see the lines and are parking on the Keep Clear signs.
