Dip/pothole outside 317 Brownhill causing noise and damage
Reported via mobile in the Pothole (minor) category anonymously at 16:38, Mon 22 August 2022
Sent to TfL 10 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS3773083.
There is a dip/pothole by 317 Brownhill Rd and trucks hitting it cause all the nearby houses to shake to the point that cracks are showing. This is exacerbated by a raised patch just before it, so trucks first get bounced up, then come down into the dip and bounce hard down the road for the next 10-25m, shaking all the nearby houses. This is worst at night when the roads are clearer and the volume and speed of trucks is higher, making it difficult to sleep.
Thank you for taking the time to report this to. We appreciate this an wanted to let you know that we’ve re-categorised this and it will now be directed to the appropriate team.
