I'm a disabled woman who lives at Douglas robinson court (the flats on the High road on the corner of hilldown Road and Streatham high road) I have severe nerve pain and anxiaty among other severe issues and these road works have been going on for over a week now and we had no warning and they're continuing after 12 at night!!!! Our bedrooms are at the front of the property and it causing loss of sleep and severe anxiaty!!!!
