Traffic signal hit by vehicle - now facing wrong direction.

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3778265.

The traffic lights that should face Forest Lane E7 0NE have been hit by something and now face Woodgrange Road northbound traffic, so could cause an accident.
