Gabs in manhole leaking into property basement underneath.

We have rainwater leaking into below the below Pure Gym unit right below this manhole. I have raised this with city of london and they have asked me to contact TFL as this is your manhole.

If it is confirmed as a safety issue it will be made safe within two hours. If the manhole cover is owned by us, we will carry out a permanent repair at a later date. If it is owned by another company this will be passed to them for a permanent repair.
