Drains blocked
Reported via desktop in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 02:12, Fri 26 August 2022
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3781610.
The subway was flooded last Wednesday 17th August 2022 owing to the sudden rain. The water stays above the pipe level in the gulley, a clear sign that is not draining away. It has been like that since the heavy rain.
It got flooded again today 25th August 2022. Two pictures today
The drain outside 38/40 Empress Parade is also blocked again. Picture from 17th.

Just so that this is not treated trivially, someone had to cross the road at street level and got knocked over today. His leg was broken, you could see the bone pointing in different directions.
I also attach pictures from the flooding from Wednesday.
