Temporary lights are not working

Temporary traffic lights on St James's Road, SE1 (at Rolls Road) are out. Causing big problems for buses trying to pass through, especially as it's currently a diversion route for buses that can't use Galleywall Road

Still no traffic controls working at this intersection - also misleading roadwork signage creating dangerous single-lane situation.
