Traffic lights, especially at night, in Lowell Street, waiting to turn right onto the A13, often stuck on red. Lights on A13 westbound change normally from red to green and vice versa, but lights on A13 eastbound stuck on green, and don’t change to red, often on over three occasions when they should have done. Very dangerous, as traffic in Lowell Street has to drive across fast moving eastbound lane on A13, risking potential collision, risk of death or serious injury collision across a four-lane carriageway.
