Countdown unit without power so not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3786999.
No bus arrival information is being displayed on the Countdown unit.
Can you please let me know what the current policy on TFL Bus Stop Countdown units is? I see some are disappearing (or being stolen). I would like to know what your current policy is so I can decide whether I need to report missing Countdown units from Bus Stops. Thanks.

We appreciate you taking the time to report this to us. This has now been investigated and we’ve reported this to our contractors. We’ll aim to resolve the issue with this Countdown unit within 28 days.
