On going graffiti under the railway bridge

Ongoing graffiti issue , cctv monitoring required to resolve this issue permanently. Enforcement team to provide solution to this issue by morning early hours activities under this bridge no d33. Does require street lighting on both sides of the bridge with clear cctv in operation signs to deter the offenders and make it friendly place to visit for all especially elderly and disabled. Graffiti under this doesn’t give good impression to the visiting public with their families especially young children seeing bad street scenes like this .
