Enforce speed control to prevent heavy vehicles speeding please

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3789220.

I have been trying to complain about this using the https://tfl.gov.uk/ help-and-contact/ contact-us-about-streets-and-other-road-issues form but it does not work and keeps showing errors. No way to contact TFL in any other way so far.

At night when the roads are emptier, heavy vehicles on the A21 zoom past this section of the road causing violent shaking of my house. Everything on the walls rumble and so does my bed causing us to lose sleep. It is a very scary feeling.

I implore you to please establish speed control measures to prevent heavy vehicles from speeding on this section of the road. I don't want to lose my house or sleep. I have been trying to contact TFL for years and there isn't a straightforward way to do this. So frustrating!
