No explanation about what happened to the tree

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3791222.

Hi. I’ve previously reported this and want answers. The email you sent me doesn’t say why this mature tree was felled and doesn’t say what’s going. I’ve tweeted TfL and they’ve asked me to report to StreetCare team via this form again. The issue is marked as “resolved” but it hasn’t been resolved. I would like answers please.
