  • Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. This has been investigated and we have now referred it to our contractors. If it is confirmed as a safety issue it will be made safe within two hours. If the manhole cover is owned by us, we will carry out a permanent repair at a later date. If it is owned by another company this will be passed to them for a permanent repair.   • This has been going on for months and several reports have been made and no change - the manhole has in fact got louder over recent weeks.

    Please prioritise fixing this.

    Hi, I have circled the noisy manhole on these pictures, which apparently has been reported as issue a while ago. I have also sent a video via email. Please sort this out as soon as possible as it is getting impossible to sleep at night.

  • Manhole still very loud, makes sleeping in road facing bedrooms challenging.

    Was previously fixed but continued to make noise.
