He traffic light is stuck on red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3800712.

At least 5 cycles of changing traffic lights were completed for A402 but the Campden Hill road traffic light was stuck on red and caused massive traffic for the uphill road. Many drivers passed the red light and I had to follow as we waited for a very long time nearly 7 minutes.
