Countdown unit not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3807207.
On 04/09/22 at 18:51pm The 370 towards Romford Market was supposed to at Elwick Road stop be here at 6:51pm. It is now 6:59pm and the Countdown display is showing the timings for the next bus which is at 7:20pm. Very unreliable bus times - unable to plan journey.
