Motorbike fire in subway has caused damage and no lights working

Motorbike set on fire in subway and has caused extensive damage and no lighting is working now. Local primary school has reported their safety concerns for the children using this route to school.

We have now referred this to our contractors, and this will be fixed during our next scheduled works, or sooner if possible. If this issue is related to a power outage this may take longer.
