Dear sir/madam,
To whom it may concern,
On the 22/08/22 around 5pm, I was driving my car on Hanger Lane gyratory, South exit, lane 1, towards Chiswick. Immediately after the yellow box, I hit a extremly deep pothole which damaged the air suspension on my BMW GT 530d (P2 XPD). Due to the severe damage, I had to take my car straight to a mechanic( MSB GARAGE Unit 3, The ham, Brentford TW88EX) because the air suspension had popped.
I have contacted Ealing council with regards to these issue, and they told us to contact TFL.
Therefore, I would like get a competition for the repair cost, that was caused by the pothole at hunger lane.
I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours sincerely, Nicusor Candrea
