Standing water outside houses on TLRN

Reported via desktop in the Standing water category anonymously at 09:49, Friday 9 September 2022

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3813607.

Referral from local ward councillor. Hi hope you’re all well, I have a resident who has approached me regarding flooding in his slip road which is caused by the lack of cleaning done in the drains. The resident living in 76 Hampton Road has complained about severe disruption caused to him, his family, and neighbours when it rains. This makes it inaccessible for them to walk outside their homes. (Please see attached pictures). I request could we please get someone to go in and carry out an inspection and the necessary drainage clean to help manage the rain flow. Your help in the matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Cllr Kaleem
