Beeping very loud

Hello, the beeping at this pedestrian crossing is very loud and can be heard indoors day and night in houses surrounding the crossing, even those on higher floors set back from the main road. This has been an issue since installation. Local residents would be grateful if you could reduce the volume.

Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. This has now been investigated and we can confirm that there is a non-urgent fault at these traffic lights. We have therefore referred it to our contractors, and you should see an improvement within 28 days.
