A loose manhole cover is present and making a lot of noise day and night.
The manhole covers replaced by a utility provider a few weeks ago are exceptionally noisy and disturbing residents in the area. This is the case 24 hours a day. Please could replacement/repair of these manhole covers be undertaken at the earliest opportunity.

Please Urgently fix it. All of the residents who live in this area almost lose their mental health and psychology healt. We have been living in this unhealthy condition for nearly one month. HELPPP PLEASE
There are two metal sheets on a hole but they caused a horrible noise whenever a car pass over them. 50 cars pass ower it in one minute. Please Urgently solve our problems.

I am trying to upload a video but it wont let me - to show you how nothing has been fixed about this lose manhole cover i have spent the morning watching 4 lorries arrive, set up temporary lights to block the traffic, open the manhole and do NOTHING to repair the noise that it makes when being driven over. Thames water who opened the manhole didn't even wait to do a sound test before leaving THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE
