  • Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated.

We are working at the roundabout at the moment and will be to the completion of the project. There have been periods over the last few weeks where no works were taking place. This was mainly due to Thames Water being unable to isolate the water main, and issues with Thames Water material suppliers. Both issues of which have now been rectified.

The excavation at Cliftons Roundabout is where we will both isolate the water main, and connect back into the existing main with our new pipe work. There are considerable enabling works required to isolate a main of this size which is why there seems to be a bit of stop/start to our works.

The isolation, which is required to complete the works is programmed to commence late next week to early the following week.

    State changed to: Fixed
