  • Hi we urgently need removal of this vehicle as we have 2 people that live in the property who have life threatening medical conditions one of whom has been admitted to hospital overnight. nothing has been done to remove this vehicle or to enforce it from our driveway entrance on the pavement that is administered by the tfl as it is a red route on eastern avenue. we urgently need assistance, we contacted council and the police and both directed us back to you. i contacted your customer services line and they are also not able to assist and directed me to council and police, this needs urgent attention please to enforce from an enforcement officer of tfl.
