Faulty traffic light and green light needs to be shorter

Hi,

The traffic light between west hill road and portinscale road goes green itself and it should be sensor monitored to let cars through.

In addition, the green light used to be much shorter which better reflected the always congested the main road A3 . Now the green light has been extended a lot longer and this has interrupted the A3 traffic flow hence causing more congestion. It also diverts more traffic to our side road west hill road.

Please change it back to what it used to be.
