Blood on your hands moby dick traffic lights !!!

**** YOU WILL HAVE BLOOD ON YOUR HANDS ! IF THIS IS NOT ADDRESSED ASAP ****

I NEARLY HAD A FATAL ACCIDENT THIS MORNING DUE TO THE WAY THESE TRAFFIC LIGHTS OPERATE !!

WHEN TURNING RIGHT FROM WHALEBONE LANE TOWARDS ROMFORD, THIS FILTER LIGHT ONLY OPERATES ONCE EVERY 3 or so SEQUENCES !!!

WHY ??

THE RIGHT HAND FILTER SHOULD OPERATE EVERY SEQUENCE TO ALLOW THE MASSIVE AMOUNT OF CARS TO TURN RIGHT FROM WHALEBONE LANE TO ROMFORD

AS THIS RIGHT HAND FILTER DOES NOT HAPPEN ON EVERY LIGHT SEQUENCE.... VANS CARS ARE TAILING BACK MILES DOWN WHALEBONE LANE TOWARDS DAGENHAM.

SO NOW YOU GET TWO LANES OF CARS/VANS TRYING TO TURN RIGHT TOWARDS ROMFORD AT THE MODY DICK JUCTION BLOCKING THE LANE A HEAD TOWARDS HAINALT !!

I NEARLY HAD A FATAL ACCIDENT THIS MORNING, DUE TO THIS AWFUL SET OF TRAFFIC LIGHTS NOT OPERATING CORRECTLY !!!

***** YOU WILL HAVE BLOOD ON YOUR HANDS *****

GET THIS RIGHT HAND FILTER LIGHT ON FOR AT LEAST 1 MINUTE ON ***** EVERY ****** SEQUENCE, SO THE MASSIVE BACK LOG OF RIGHT HAND TURNERS TOWARDS ROMFORD DO NOT START TAKING THEIR LIFE IN TO THERE OWN HANDS AT THE JUNCTION AND BLOCKING LANES !!!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ADDRESS THIS URGENTLY BEFORE I OR SOME ONES ELSE HAS A FATAL ACCIDENT
