Drain cover damage and extremely dangerous for cars and pedestrian cyclist, children and elderly

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3828851.

Outside 103 Woodford Avenue Ilford Essex IG2 6UY. Drain cover missing and damage and extremely dangerous for cyclist, public walking in the foot path, damages car tyres. Drainage cover need to fixed or replace immediately. Otherwise going take legal action against TFL.
