Your last response was: Asset Operations Officer has Stated "TfL representatives and Contractor's working on behalf of TfL have visited this location numerous times and found no issue with the lights in question, thus the decision has been made we will not raise any more orders for the foreseeable future in regards to this defect."
However, if the problem remains, you either resubmit your report with some more information and a photo.
SO I have gone out and bought a camera and at 2148 on last Thursday 15th September took the attached photographs showing the lighting not working EXACTLY as it has not been working every night I passed it for the 5 or 6 months.

Note that miraculously after months the shelter light is now working and had done so for the last 2 nights consecutively. Please close this ticket as fixed.
