Countdown not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3842797.

Please fix the countdown on Mile End Station / Mile End road stop (G) and Mile End station / Bow Road stop (H) they haven’t been working for over 6 months now! There’s no point them being there if they don’t work. Fix them ASAP please, it says it’s been fixed but I can assure you it has NOT. Thanks :)

  • Reported for investigation and rectification. Further investigations are taking place regarding the electrical connection also. this may take a number of weeks however we are arranging investigation by our contractor this will required procedural due process and will take a number of weeks. please be assured we are actioning and investigating this matter with a view to a swift rectificationWe appreciate you taking the time to report this to us.
