Pedestrian lights not working
Reported via desktop in the Pedestrian wait button not working category anonymously at 09:11, Fri 23 September 2022
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3843057.
Although the traffic lights at this intersection are functioning, the pedestrian lights are not, even when you push the Wait button, and so there is no way to safely cross either Merton Rd. or Replingham Rd. Riversdale Primary School is right at this intersection, and so hundreds of children and parents need to cross the streets safely here. Noticed the morning of Fri, 23 Sep.
Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. This has been investigated and we can confirm that there is a fault with the pedestrian wait button. We have therefore referred this to our contractors and it will be fixed within 28 days. Should you need anything else or have any questions, you may wish to contact our customer services team on 0343 222 1234
Please also be aware that, all Action Scheduled reports are automatically closed after 28 days. However, the fault will be fixed within this timescale, which may be sooner, or in a few cases take a little longer

Pedestrian cycle not working still. This has been a constant problem (on and off) with these lights for months. It's extremely dangerous and these lights are right next to a school.
