Pedestrian lights not working on westbound A205

Reported via desktop in the Pedestrian wait button not working category by MR ROBERT A DEVANEY at 14:18, Sun 25 September 2022

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3847444.

In comparison to the adjacent pelican crossing on the eastbound side, these lights always take a very long time to change, despite traffic getting backed up to get on to the roundabout. Lately though once the wait button is pressed it extinguishes after a few seconds. Yesterday it seemed to be constantly lit but not changing the pedestrian light to green.
