Customer address is 936 London Road Thornton Heath Surrey CR7 7PF

Customer had made a previous complaint under ref FMS3697639

Customer has advised that this issue still remains and that there is still problems from falling tree branches hitting her car and causing damage in the form of scratch marks

Customer has not been contacted in person when the last 'investigation' took place.

Customer wants to be contacted in person so the the damage to her car can be reviewed.
