DETAILS OF INCIDENT:- Customer has advised that the tree roots outside her property are rising again and causing the tarmacked pavement to crack open. This needs to be investigated as soon as possible as the raised tarmac is causing a trip hazard outside her car driveway and house. Customer would like to be contacted in person knock on her door so they could discuss this person to person.
Your report has been investigated and we have reported this to our contractors for inspection. Any necessary action will be taken in the next 28 days if required.
