• The manhole cover is still broken so subsequently there is still a significant amount of nocturnal noise leading to disturbed sleep. This is affecting people’s mental health who live within 50m of the manhole

• Noise has increased to a gun shot noise these two manhole are not necessary kindly take them off the road as they serve no use but noise pollution. This area is already air polluted, noise, and congested these noises has contributed mental strains to myself and my neighbours withing 50 meters it is unimaginable. There is no point fixing it as the manhole will be damadged again in few months its a highway, no point covering it with tarmac as cars will just take it apart again in few weeks. The manhole is unknow by whom its owned by otherwise if it was thames water they would of taken it apartment and added a new one with resin to make it last. Thames water did confirm there is another manhole inside the manhole so no one know who owns it as the roads have changed within the last decade. The other drain mesh near the curb is always making noise why are they not replaced after months of complaint it is fustrating to the brink of mental drain and i fear i will snap anytime. So i plead do something permanent this time imagine this was where you lived a living nightmare.
