Traffic light timings

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3866669.

The lights are only letting around 6 to 8 vehicles through and this is causing major traffic right back past Dagenham Heathway tube station every morning - it takes nearly half hour to get down the Heathway.
