Countdown not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3868857.
This countdown has not been working for over 7 months now. PLEASE FIX IT! Mile End station / Mile End road (g) Thanks I’ve reported this before three times (through the phone, via email & twice on streetcare) it’s been over a months since I’ve been reporting and nothing seems to happen!
