This constant high-pitched sound is unbearable (it says fixed, but it is not)

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3870567.
Since March 2022, we have been struggling with the noise coming from the traffic light located outside the Caledonian Road tube station and its corresponding traffic light on the opposite side. It seems that this has been reported multiple times (e.g. tickets no. FMS3368257 and FMS3440037) and every time it is flagged here as resolved although it is not. If this is the lowest volume this traffic light can have, the TfL should be aware that it is still very disturbing; it beeps every 1-2 min from early in the morning and late at night, we can hear it with windows closed and we cannot even think of opening them. We appreciate that the sound is useful for visually impaired people, but this high-pitched tune at this level and frequency is unbearable. If this can't change, please replace the traffic light with one with spinning buttons which serves this purpose and doesn't contribute to sound pollution.
