The manhole cover is not fixed

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3895624.

There are reports that this manhole cover on Tolworth roundabout near the slip road to Barnsbury Lane is fixed. This is not the case, every single car is hitting it causing extreme noise to the residents of Sundial Court. That road has traffic 24/ 7 and it clunks non stop and so loud you can hear it with the windows closed. The road around the cover is now also crumbling.
