Barrier piece is still in the left hand (slow) lane

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3900154.
18 October Comments: I was following a flat back truck that was carrying a high stack of red road barriers. The stack fell down on the van with one of the barriers falling off the van and onto the road. The van put their hazard lights on, slowed up and turned off at the first 'local traffic' turning, which I think may have been the Danson turn off although I could be wrong. (I was coming from Falconwood). As far as I'm aware, the barrier piece is still in the left hand (slow) lane or perhaps on the hard shoulder.
